Today we marked Earth Day by helping our children understand how to care for our world. The children wore green and worked together to collect rubbish from our garden area. We talked about why it’s important to look after the Earth and introduced the idea of recycling. The children explored different materials, focusing on plastic and paper, and learned how these can be reused instead of thrown away. They then enjoyed sorting a variety of recyclable items into the correct bags ♻️
